A beachfront property comprised of two six-story buildings (with elevators), Kauhale Makai offers studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums in a quiet, family-oriented setting. This resort has a wading pool, adult pool, whirlpool spa, saunas, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, and barbecues. Most condominiums in Kauhale Makai have ocean or mountain views, while a few have garden views. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, and many of Maui's scenic attractions a short drive away.

You will find that the interiors of the condominiums at Kauhale Makai have been nicely furnished. Unit amenities include, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, and a private lanai. Laundry facilities are located every other floor.

  • All rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.167% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 7.25%, Tax rate subject to change.
  • All bookings are subject to a $35.00 reservation fee.
  • A three (3) night deposit and signed Credit Card Authorization Form are required to confirm a reservation.
  • The signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required regardless of method of payment.
  • The Credit Card Authorization Form establishes credit and guarantees payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay.
  • Deposits procured via check (payable in U.S. funds) are due within fourteen (14) days to confirm a reservation.
  • Make checks payable to: ResortQuest Real Estate of Hawaii, LLC.
  • Full prepayment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
  • Request for a late check out can be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure subject to availability at a half day charge.
  • All rates are subject to change.
  • In compliance with State Law, all units are non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A housekeeping service fee will be added for stays less than four (4) nights.
